Dan Buckley
Coach Buckley, originally from South Glens Falls, NY, has been a coach with Empire City Soccer Academy since 2020, working with all levels of the girls' teams from U-12 to U-19. He is also the current South Glens Falls girls varsity assistant coach. Prior to this, Buckley has been the girls JV assistant, boys modified, and girls modified coach in South Glens Falls for numerous years.
As a player, Coach Buckley played competitively for the club team at Boston College. During high school, Buckley was a Foothills Council and Post Star Allstar and as a player in South Glens Falls.
Currently, Buckley resides in Gansevoort with his wife, Jackie, and their three children Addisyn, Emeri, and Jackson. He is a science teacher at the Oliver W. Winch Middle School in South Glens Falls and is on the executive board for the South High Marathon Dance.
