Joe Boulter
Coach Boulter, originally from Bury St. Edmunds England, has been a coach with Empire City Soccer Academy since 2020, working with the U-19 boys teams. Joe comes to Empire City with an impressive playing career. He finished his college career at Division II Wilmington University in Delaware. He started all 21 games his senior season. Prior to this he played at SUNY Adirondack under Coach Ciampa and Coach Jepson. He was the captain of the team and led them to the NJCAA National Tournament. At SUNY Adirondack he was named First Team All-Conference both seasons and First Team All-Region his sophomore season.
Prior to coming to America to play soccer as a college player, Joe played for Walsham-le-Willows F.C. in Suffolk, England. He returned to the club to play for them after his college playing days were finished. Joe lives with his wife in Clifton Park, NY.
